Oxygen Generator

Oxygen generator OGP MED: designed to produce oxygen (O2) for medical purposes in operating room and inpatient ward environments, uses the pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to produce oxygen at a concentration of 93% (90–96%), according to LEK 14 – Oxygen concentrators for use with medical gas piping systems, when running, it takes clean, dry air from the compressor feed room and passes it through an internal process that removes nitrogen and other elements to produce oxygen of 93% (+/- 3%) purity.

It consists of an inlet pressure regulator, adsorption and equalization tank, pressure regulator, electrical control system, discharge system, particulate filter, oxygen flow rate (2–200 m3/h) depends on the model and required purity (OGP 2 MED – OGP 200 MED), if adhering to the specified maintenance plans, its lifetime is 10 years from commissioning.

We provide: project documentation, actual implementation, initial inspections and subsequent warranty and post-warranty service, including operator training, oxygen quality measurement according to LEK 14.
