Reporting security incidents and vulnerabilities

If you have identified a security incident, a vulnerability, or any circumstance that could compromise the security of our information systems or of data entrusted to us, please contact us at:

The mailbox is monitored on business days. Please include a description of your finding, the affected system or domain, and how we can reach you. If your report contains sensitive information, please say so and we will agree on a secure channel.

We ask that you refrain from public disclosure until we have had the opportunity to investigate and remediate. We assess every report and will inform you of the outcome.

Machine-readable contact details are available in our security.txt file. Our public PGP key for encrypted transfer of sensitive information is available in the pgp-key.txt file.
